***TO MAKE THIS A COMPLETE KIT, SEE DROPDOWN FOR CLUTCH ADD-ONS***
The GR009 transmission swap kit is a complete bolt system to swap your MKIV Supra over to the Nissan CD009 transmission. It includes a Mazworx bellhousing, The Driveshaft Shop HD aluminum driveshaft, crossmember, transmission mount, and shifter. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CD009 TRANSMISSION.
This cast aluminum bell housing allows you to adapter a CD009/CD00A/VQ trans (DE, HR, and VHR) on a 1JZ or 2JZ engine. Since the JZ engine is a popular swap, we've developed this bell housing to allow you to put the clutch slave on either side. So depending on your chassis clutch lines, you can mount it on the right or left of the bell housing. The clutch release assembly (pivot ball, fork, slave, and bearing housing) will be from a early 350Z trans. There is also provisions for mounting a Tilton hydraulic release bearing. All clutch combinations have not been tested but was designed to use the 2JZ-GE style clutch.
With this bell housing, the splines location is 1.3"-2.8" from the crank mating surface. Make sure your clutch will work with this, OR order a CD009/CD00A clutch specific for this setup from me and I will make sure you are setup properly. If you have questions use my contact page.

Recommended Options:
Your choice of a Twin disc clutch. Tilton ST246 (850 or 1250 ft lbs options), Mcleod RST (600 ft lbs), McLeod RXT (800 ft lbs), or McLeod RXT1200HD (1000 ft lbs)
Upgraded Master cylinder kit
Clutch line kit
NOTES:
1. You need to trim the stock input shaft down by 3/8" - very easily accomplished with a cutoff wheel and angle grinder.
2. I highly recommend an upgraded clutch master cylinder with the Tilton ST246 and the McLeod clutches. The stock bore masters do not move enough fluid to disengage these clutches.
3. If you do not need a driveshaft, contact me. I can price it without a shaft.
