Getting the factory speedometer to read properly is a simple 5 wire installation with the Dakota Digital SGI-5E. This box will translate the T56 magnum speed sensor signal to work with the factory Toyota/Lexus speedometer.

I am setup with Dakota Digital as a dealer and will be adding these as an option for the full swap kits soon. These SGI-5E boxes are available on my site for $80, and combined with my pigtail kit make the magnum swap electronics a breeze.
