When I first decided to try this CPC carbon manifold, I had my concerns. It was never before tested, a totally new product. Would it hold up to 45+ pounds of boost? Would it be able to handle 1500+ horsepower?

THE ANSWER IS HELL YES.

I never expected the gains to be quite this amazing, but it made 1741 on 48psi + 225 shot at 9300 RPM. And the power more than likely would have continued to climb as I normally rev the car to 10,000 RPM! Thanks to Darin Dichiara for the killer tune!

The other amazing detail in this whole situation is that this stock crank 3.0L built by Don @ Accelerated Performance is the SAME MOTOR AS LAST YEAR. Never refreshed, never even opened up. I probably have 50 passes on this motor. A true testament to Don's work, Darin's tuning, and the 2JZ platform.

Unfortunately, I was in the trunk keeping the car from spinning on the dyno so I do not have any good video of the run. Below is the full dyno chart. I am working on getting the run files so I can do an RPM comparison vs my previous intake manifold.

If your in the market for a manifold, this is the one you want. Not only is it super lightweight, but it experiences almost zero heat soak like an equivalent aluminum manifold. After each dyno pull we were putting our hands on the carbon fiber plenum comparing how cool to the touch it was versus the super heated intercooler piping.
